This is due notice that a motion to make changes to The Saskatoon Camera Club Inc. And Supplementary Bylaws will be presented ,discussed and voted on at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 24th May, 2016, 7:00 p.m. at the Mayfair United Church (902 33rd Street West, Saskatoon).
The motion, as recommended by the Board of Directors is:
MOTION
To amend the current Constitution of The Saskatoon Camera Club Inc. and Supplementary Bylaws as indicated by deletions, substitutions and additions in the distributed May 2016 constitution document.
